【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of one-time root canal treatment of acute and chronic pulpitis. Methods： A total of 96 patients with acute and chronic pulpitis admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 48 cases in each group. Results： The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group. After treatment， the masticatory function of the study group was better than that of the control group.
