The value of early vestibular rehabilitation training in the treatment of chronic subjective dizziness

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of early vestibular rehabilitation training for patients with chronic subjective dizziness. Methods： From January 2020 to January 2022， 88 patients with chronic subjective dizziness were selected. Even-odd grouping method was used to divide them into experimental group and reference group， with 44 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine care， while the experimental group was given early vestibular rehabilitation training. The degree of vertigo disability， negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results： The scores of DHI in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group， and the difference between the two groups was establishedChangzhi. The scores of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group， and the difference between the two groups was established Changzhi. The scores of SF-36 scale in the experimental group were all higher than those in the reference group， and the difference between the two groups was establishedChangzhi. Conclusion： Early vestibular rehabilitation training is effective in patients with chronic subjective dizziness， which can relieve the vertigo， reduce negative emotions and improve the quality of life. It has important clinical application value.
