【摘要】目的：分析综合护理在小儿疝气手术配合中的应用效果。方法：2020年1月—2021年12月，从本院收治的小儿疝气手术患者中选取107例，按照选取顺序编号，经随机数字表分两组，对照组，54例，给予常规护理干预，试验组，53例，开展综合护理干预，比较护理情况。结果：试验组患儿家长护理满意度为96.23%，高于对照组83.33%（P0.05），护理后两组上述评分低于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing care in children with hernia surgery. 疝气好发于儿童群体中，是一种常见的儿科疾病，通常在儿童胚胎时期腹股沟位置存在腹膜鞘状突，对子宫圆韧带起到固定作用，或者也可辅助睾丸降到阴囊，但是部分婴儿在出生时鞘状突没有完全闭合，腹腔内软管容易进入其中，形成疝气[1-2]。（剩余5249字）
