【摘要】目的：探究加速康复外科护理干预对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的影响。方法：回顾性分析本院2020年1月—2022年5月收治的80例患者临床资料，按护理干预方案差异分为对照组与观察组，各40例，对照组基础护理干预，观察组加速康复外科护理干预，统计分析两组护理成效。结果：护理后和对照组比较，观察组焦虑与抑郁评分、疼痛评分、睡眠状况评分更低，生命质量评分更高，住院时间更短，术后并发症发生率更少（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing intervention on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients and sleep. Methods： The clinical data of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed， and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of nursing intervention program， with 40 cases in each group.
