肛周脓肿是一种化脓性感染[1]，主要发生在患者的肛管直肠附近，对于这种感染目前医学上采用两种治疗方法，一种采用高锰酸钾泡澡，使药水与感染部位接触，起到感染处消炎止痒作用，一定程度上可缓解患者的疼痛感，但使用这种药物治疗时，需控制好药水浓度和温度[2]，过高或过低都可能使治疗效果欠佳[3]，因此为根治此类情况，多采用手术的方式，虽根除效果明显，但手术后的恢复却是漫长的过程[4]。（剩余3901字）
