宫颈缝合术联合缩宫素在顺产产后大出血中的运用及疗效研究进展

【摘要】近年来，我国人口老龄化愈发严重，为应对这种情况我国相继出台了二胎和三胎政策，大力提倡生育。在我院生产的产妇的人数明显增加，顺产大出血的发生率也显著增加，产后出血是我国孕产妇死亡的最主要原因，近几年内一直盘踞在首位。本次研究主要是分析宫颈缝合术联合缩宫素在顺产产后大出血中的运用和研究进展。

Research Progress on the Application and Curative Effect of Cervical Suture Combined with Oxytocin in Spontaneous Massive Postpartum Hemorrhage

【Abstract】In recent years，my country’s population ageing has become more and more serious. In response to this situation， my country has successively introduced two-child and three-child policies to vigorously advocate childbirth. The number of pregnant women giving birth in our hospital has increased significantly， and the incidence of massive hemorrhage in natural labor has also increased significantly. Postpartum hemorrhage is the leading cause of maternal death in my country， and it has been ranked first in recent years. This study mainly analyzes the application and research progress of cervical suture combined with oxytocin in spontaneouspostpartum hemorrhage.
