【摘要】目的：研究并分析腰椎间盘突出症患者采用椎间孔镜微创手术治疗的效果。方法：选择2019年7月—2020年12月我院接收并诊治的腰椎间盘突出症患者84例，分成对照组和研究组，每组42例，对照组选用传统开窗减压术进行治疗，研究组选用椎间孔镜微创手术方式治疗，观察并对比两组效果。结果：研究组患者的临床效果、术后疼痛评分、下腰痛评分、腰椎功能评分和手术情况观察指标均优于对照组，两组对比差异明显（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the effect of minimally invasive surgical treatment of intervertebral foramen on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods： A total of 84 patients with lumbar disc herniation received and treated in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and research group， with 42 cases in each group.
