【摘要】目的：观察并分析血液透析中应用全面护理对管路凝血及安全性的影响。方法：选择我院于2019年5月—2020年7月接收的72例血液透析患者，分成对照组和观察组，每组36例，对照组采取基础护理干预，观察组采取全面护理干预，对比两组患者管路凝血发生率、并发症发生率、护理前后凝血功能以及生存质量。结果：观察组管路凝血发生率、并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，护理满意率评分明显高于对照组，两组差异存在统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on pipeline coagulation and safety in hemodialysis.
