【摘要】目的：探讨在未破裂型异位妊娠患者的临床治疗中，不同甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮口服治疗方案的临床效果。方法：选取我院接诊未破裂型异位妊娠患者64例，随机分为A组与B组，两组分别采取甲氨蝶呤小剂量多次给药以及甲氨蝶呤单次给药，同时联合口服米非司酮治疗，对比两组成功率及不良反应。结果：A组、B组临床治疗成功率分别为87.50%、93.75%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；A组、B组不良反应发生率分别为12.50%、3.13%，差异有统计学意义（P

Efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy
