【摘要】目的：分析在小儿高热惊厥临床护理中护理干预措施的应用价值。方法：分析对象为2021年1月—2022年1月在我院就诊的小儿高热惊厥患儿36例，随机数字法予以分组，18例予以护理干预措施的患者纳入研究组，18例予以常规护理措施的患者纳入对照组，对比和分析两组护理效果。结果：与对照组相比，研究组患儿并发症总发生率明显较低，复发率、恢复正常体温率、惊厥消失率均明显较好，患儿家属护理满意度明显较高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of nursing intervention measures in the clinical nursing of children with febrile convulsion.Methods：36 children with febrile convulsions who were treated in our hospital from January2021 to January 2022 were analyzed.They were divided into groups by random number method，18 patients who received nursing interventions were included in the research group，and 18 patients who received routine nursing measures were included in the control group，the nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：Compared with the control group，the total incidence of complications in the research group was significantly lower，the recurrence rate，the rate of return to normal body temperature，and the rate of seizures disappearance in the research group were significantly better，and the nursing satisfaction of the families of the children in the research group was significantly higher（P

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

分析对象为2021年1月—2022年1月在我院就诊的小儿高热惊厥患儿36例，纳入标准：①临床诊断明确，小儿高热惊厥；②临床表现为牙关紧闭、口吐白沫、肌肉阵发性或强直性痉挛、四肢抽搐、意识障碍等；③患儿家属对本次研究知情和了解，自愿配合。（剩余3682字）
