【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods： 100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into 50 cases / group by double blind method. The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group was given individualized nursing.The blood glucose indexes，medical compliance behavior and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.
