随着社会老龄化的增加，股骨颈骨折的患者较为多见，而其中老年患者是关键人群，因老年人的机体功能逐渐衰退，导致身体耐受力降低，而免疫力也在逐渐降低，对患者的预后效果带来不利的影响[1]，临床中采取全髋关节置换术（Total Hip Arthroplasty，THA）是有效的治疗手段，但是术后患者因疼痛等因素出现恐动症，患者术后如果拒绝康复锻炼，会直接影响疾病的康复。（剩余3602字）
