【摘要】目的：研究产前护理干预对高危妊娠初产妇分娩结局的效果。方法：研究选取我院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的100例高危妊娠初产妇，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，观察组采取产前护理干预，对照组采取常规护理，对比两组初产妇的焦虑程度、分娩情况、分娩结局。结果：经过护理后发现，两组初产妇焦虑程度均得到较大改善，观察组的SAS评分为（31.29±5.70）分，显著低于对照组的（54.30±6.04）分（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of prenatal nursing intervention on the delivery outcome of high-risk primipara.Methods：100 high-risk pregnant primiparas treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received prenatal nursing intervention and the control group received routine nursing.The anxiety degree，delivery situation and delivery outcome of primiparas in the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，it was found that the anxiety degree of primipara in the two groups was greatly improved.The SAS score of the observation group was（31.29±5.70）points，which was significantly lower than （54.30±6.04）points of the control group（P
