【Abstract】Objective： To explore the nursing effect of clinical path in the nursing of threatened preterm delivery.Methods：A total of 120 pregnant women with threatened preterm birth were added to this study.With the consent of pregnant women and their families，they were randomly divided into two groups：The control group with routine clinical nursing and the observation group with clinical path nursing.The number of the two groups was uniform，and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，the scores of SDS，SAS and SSQ-53 in the two groups decreased compared with those before nursing（P
