【摘要】目的：评价Tcu270、爱母环以及母体乐宫内节育器的临床应用效果及不良反应发生率。方法：以2020年1月—2021年1月为研究时间段，回顾性分析200例宫内节育器患者临床资料，分析节育器的临床应用效果及不良反应。结果：（1）临床应用效果：Tcu270继续使用率为65/68（95.59%），母体乐继续使用率为50/66（75.76%），爱母环继续使用率为56/66（84.85%）；Tcu270继续使用率显著高于其他两组，差异具有统计学意义（P
