【摘要】目的:探讨氨基酸配合早期母乳喂养对低体质量早产儿的影响。方法 选取2017年11月—2021年11月我院的86例低体质量早产儿,随机分成两组。对照组的低体质量早产儿接受早期母乳喂养,观察组的低体质量早产儿在接受早期母乳喂养的基础上,联合静脉输注氨基酸,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗前,两组低体质量早产儿的体重、上臂围和身长无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组低体质量早产儿的体重、上臂围和身长均明显升高(P0.05),治疗后,两组的ALT、BUN、TBIL、BE值、Scr和ALB水平均明显更优(P0.05),但观察组的ALB水平明显高于对照组(P

Effects of amino acids combined with early breastfeeding on low-weight premature infants

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of amino acids combined with early breastfeeding on low-weight premature infants. Methods: A total of 86 low-weight premature infants in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The low-weight premature infants in the control group received early breastfeeding, while the low-weight premature infants in the observation group received intravenous infusion of amino acids on the basis of early breastfeeding. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in body weight, upper arm circumference and heigth of lowweight premature infants between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the weight, upper arm circumference and heigth of the low-weight premature infants in the two groups were significantly increased (P 0.05).
