【摘要】目的:探讨合理的营养保健干预在产妇产褥期的应用价值。方法:选取2019年11月—2021年11月我院处于产褥期的70例产妇,随机分成两组。给予对照组常规的产褥期指导,给予观察组合理的营养保健干预。结果:观察组的乳房胀痛发生率(8.57%)、产后抑郁发生率(2.86%)、尿潴留发生率(2.86%)、子宫复旧不全发生率(2.86%)、产褥期感染发生率(2.86%)、产后失眠发生率(5.71%)和便秘发生率(8.57%)明显低于对照组(P0.05),干预后,两组的信念评分、产褥期知识评分和行为评分均明显升高(P

The application value of reasonable nutrition and health care intervention in puerperium

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the application value of reasonable nutrition and health care intervention in puerperium. Methods: A total of 70 parturient in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine puerperium guidance, and the observation group was given reasonable nutritional health care intervention. Results: In the observation group, the incidence of breast tenderness (8.57%), the incidence of postpartum depression (2.86%), the incidence of urinary retention (2.86%), the incidence of uterine involution (2.86%), the incidence of puerperium infection (2.86%) , the incidence of postpartum insomnia (5.71%) and the incidence of constipation (8.57%) were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05).
