【Abstract】Objective：To study the combined application and effect of diet nursing and high quality nursing. Methods：from August 2020 to December 2021， a total of 86 patients admitted for painless gastroscopy were included in the study， including 43 patients in the latter two groups. 胃镜检查可以帮助医生对各种消化道疾床治疗效果；饮食护理；无痛胃镜检查；优质护病进行诊断，已经成为检验消化道溃疡、胃炎等疾病的金标准，传统胃镜检查过程中，患者完全处于清醒状态，异物侵入给患者带来巨大视觉与触觉冲击，胃镜仪器从口中直接抵达胃部，这一操作过程不仅操作难度大，还会给患者带来很大痛苦，大部分患者在接受检查的时候会出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛等反应，严重影响胃镜检查顺利性，使得传统胃镜检查效率较低[1]。（剩余4758字）
