Application of transvaginal and abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in emergency

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography in emergency treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A total of 169 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the gynecology and emergency departments were transferredto gynecology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected. 宫外孕也被称之为异位妊娠，因卵子着床并发育在子宫腔外得名，该疾病是常见的疾病，典型的表现是腹痛、阴道流血、停经、晕厥等，其中最主要的症状就是腹痛，诱发腹痛的原因是血液刺激腹膜或者输卵管破裂等所致，若因输卵管破裂所致腹痛，主要是一侧的下腹部发生强烈的疼痛感，还会有恶心、呕吐等症状[1]。（剩余4392字）
