Influence of perioperative nursing intervention on complications in patients with laparoscopic gallbladder surgery

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on complications in patients with laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. Methods： From January 2019 to December 2021， 278 patients with laparoscopic gallbladder surgery received in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by lottery according to the selection sequence， with 139 cases in each group. 目前我国胆囊疾病发病率较高，主要与生活习惯、饮食结构、环境、遗传等因素有关，临床治疗以腹腔镜手术为首选方式，具有出血少、创伤小、恢复快等优势，患者接受度较高，但是手术毕竟为有创操作，加之患者受疾病影响，存在情绪波动情况，会对机体造成应激性刺激，术后并发症发生可能性高，因此积极配合科学护理方式尤为关键[1-2]。（剩余4590字）
