早期康复护理模式在脑梗死患者护理中的临床应用效果探究

【摘要】目的：研讨在脑梗死患者护理中实施早期康复护理模式的成效。方法：选择2020年9月—2021年9月我院收治的100例脑梗死患者入组进行研究。按照不同的护理方法将其分为两组，观察组和参照组，每组50例患者。参照组患者实行传统护理方法，观察组患者实行早期康复护理方法。比较两组患者的护理成效。结果：护理之前，两组患者的神经能力缺失情况评分和生活活动能力指数比较，组间差异不明显（P>0.05），护理之后，两组患者神经能力缺失情况和生活活动能力都有了一定程度的好转，但是观察组的神经能力缺失情况评分显著低于参照组，生活活动能力指数显著高于参照组，组间差异明显（P
