【摘要】目的：分析慢性盆腔炎患者以结合中西医手段的方式进行治疗的疗效。方法：选取本院2021年3月—6月期间收治的100例慢性盆腔炎患者进行研究，并采取随机双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组行西药治疗，观察组行中西医结合治疗，并对两组的治疗效果对比。结果：观察组炎症因子水平（WBC、NEUT%、CRP）、临床症状及体征消失时间（腹部及腰骶部疼痛、白带异常、子宫及附件压痛）、不良反应发生率均优于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods：100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from March 2021to June2021 were studied，and randomly divided into control group and observation group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine，while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine，and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The levels of inflammatory factors（WBC，NEUT%，CRP），the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs（abdominal and lumbosacral pain，abnormal leucorrhea，tenderness of uterus and accessories）and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P

慢性盆腔炎是临床中女性常见的一种多发在生殖道的一种疾病，具有感染性的特点，该病属于慢性感染性疾病范畴，主要发作群体是育龄期女性，该病的主要特点是极易反复、难以治愈等，女性患者一旦发病，不仅会影响到自身的生殖健康，还会大幅度降低生活质量，因此，需要给予这类患者及时、规范、有效的治疗。（剩余2748字）
