妊高症也就是妊娠期高血压疾病，是妊娠期特有的疾病，属于高危妊娠最常见的一种[1]，妊高症产妇在日常生活中要多注意休息，保证充足的睡眠，睡眠质量要高，不要过度疲劳，精神状态要放松，避免过度紧张压力大，要定期检查三大常规，特别是尿常规，要多关注血压，防止过高，在饮食方面要高蛋白食物，补充叶酸，维生素，钙质等。（剩余3298字）
