Lactobacillus for vagina combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effectiveness of vaginal lactobacillus combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis.Methods：From January 2021 to December 2021，80 patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis who received treatment in our hospital were explored.Random number table method was used to divide them into40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the experimental group，and they were treated with clotrimazole treatment and the combination of lactobacillus and clotrimazolerespectively.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group，the scores of vulvar pruritus and burning sensation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，and the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P
