【摘要】目的：比较膀胱部分切除术结合放化疗用于治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌（MIBC）的安全性和疗效分析。方法：选取我院2018年7月—2021年7月收治的180例MIBC患者，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各90例。观察组患者的手术方式为膀胱部分切除术结合放化疗，对照组患者为根治性膀胱全切术。结果：经过治疗后发现，观察组患者在术后的康复状态与生活质量评分都明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P
