【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of Danggui Sini decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its effect on TCM symptom score. 糖尿病是一种常见代谢性疾病，患者发病后需要终身接受治疗，且糖尿病患者容易合并多种并发症，严重威胁其身体健康状况，其中糖尿病周围神经病变较为常见，发病后患者出现肢体麻木、肢体疼痛等情况，随着病程延长，病变受累面积变大，严重时出现灼烧样或撕裂样疼痛，病情持续时间长，严重影响患者日常生活[1-2]。（剩余3374字）
