Nursing of vestibular function training exercise in rehabilitation of vertigo patients

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the nursing of vestibular function training exercise in rehabilitation of vertigo patients.Methods：80 vertigo patients admitted from June 2018 to June 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups.
