【摘 要】目的：探究消毒供应中心规范化操作流程对眼显微器械的清洗效果。方法：以2021年1月—12月为研究时段，1月～6月本院消毒供应中心未实施规范化操作，取100件眼显微器械作为对照组，7月～12月实施规范化操作流程，同样取器械100例，设定为试验组，比较器械清洗情况。结果：试验组在清洗、包装、器械完好率和发放方面的合格率分别为99.00%、100.00%、99.00%、100.00%，均高于对照组93.00%、94.00%、92.00%、95.00%（P

Observation on the cleaning effect of ocular microscope instruments by the standardized operation process of the disinfection supply center

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the cleaning effect of the standardized operation process of the disinfection supply center on ocular microscopic instruments. Methods： From January 2021 to December 2021 as the research period， the disinfection supply center of our hospital did not implement standardized operations from January to June， and 100 ocular microscopic instruments were taken as the control group. Standardized operation procedures were implemented from July to December， and 100 cases of instruments were also set as the experimental group. The cleaning conditions of the two groups of instruments were compared. Results： The pass rates of the test group in terms of cleaning， packaging， instrument integrity and distribution were 99.00%， 100.00%， 99.00%， and 100.00%， respectively， which were higher than those in the control group， 93.00%， 94.00%， 92.00%， and 95.00%（P

眼科手术多需借助显微器械开展，难度较高，同时显微器械昂贵且精密度高，对清洗、维护和保养工作提出了较高要求，科学合理的管理工作能够保证仪器功能质量，预防故障报损情况发生，为手术顺利开展提供保障，眼显微器械管理依托消毒供应中心，做好消毒供应中心规范化管理工作意义重大[1-2]。（剩余3421字）
