【摘要】目的：探讨康复理疗在老年骨性关节炎患者中应用的临床效果。方法：随机抽取我院96例（2019年1月—2020年12月期间）老年骨性关节炎患者开展研究，均给与康复理疗。然后观察患者的治疗效果，对比治疗前后患者的疼痛评分、关节功能、生存质量。结果：治疗后，治疗有效率为98.95%，治疗后患者的疼痛评分低于治疗前，治疗后患者的关节功能优于治疗前，治疗后患者的生存质量高于治疗前，差异显著（P

骨性关节炎是一种常见的关节疾病，主要以关节软骨损害为主，逐渐累及整个关节组织[1]，早期患者可出现关节酸胀，且症状较轻微，在疾病中期，患者可出现疼痛，且在体位发生变化时，可出现关节僵硬，并伴有跛行，而当发展至后期，患者可出现持续性疼痛，并伴有关节肿胀、关节畸形等[2]。（剩余3092字）
