【摘 要】目的：分析罗哌卡因腰麻麻醉在肛肠手术中的效果评价。方法：将60例肛肠手术患者作为本次研究对象，均来源于我院2018年1月至2021年6月期间，按随机数字表法将其归纳为观察组、对照组，各30例，对照组实施布比卡因腰麻麻醉，观察组实施罗哌卡因腰麻麻醉，分析两组手术麻醉效果。结果：观察组感觉阻滞持续时间、最大感觉阻滞平面、最大感觉阻滞时间显著优于对照组，且运动阻滞测试（Bromage）评分明显低于对照组（P
