【摘 要】目的：探究产科护理管理中风险管理的应用及效果。方法：于2020年3月至2021年3月我院妇产科分娩的孕产妇中抽取86例进行本次研究，数字表随机法将其分为两组，对照组43例开展常规护理管理，研究组43例应用风险管理，对比两组孕产妇风险防范意识评分、护理风险事件发生率及护理满意度。结果：研究组孕产妇风险防范意识评分、护理满意度较对照组高，护理风险事件发生率2.33%低于对照组13.95%，有统计学差异性（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application and effect of risk management in obstetric nursing management. Methods 86 pregnant women who delivered in obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. 43 cases in the control group carried out routine nursing management， and 43 cases in the study group applied risk management. The risk prevention awareness score， the incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results the risk prevention awareness score and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in the study group were higher than those in the control group.
