腹腔镜是治疗妇科疾病的主要方法之一，其相较于开放性手术，可降低患者的手术创伤程度，具有并发症少、术后恢复快等优点[1-2]，但是受到手术应激、麻醉等的影响，患者在手术中可能出现低体温的情况，这样则会增加患者心律失常、苏醒期躁动、苏醒延迟等不良反应的概率[3-4]，影响患者的预后，因此，在患者腹腔镜手术的过程中，加强其低体温的预防干预，来保证手术的顺利实施，十分必要。（剩余2914字）
