【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the treatment and medication of 140 cases of senile vaginitis. Methods： 140 patients with senile vaginitis in the undergraduate department were included in group 1（n=70） and group 2（n=70）. The medication regimen of group 1 was metronidazole+ estrogen therapy， and the medication regimen of group 2 was metronidazole. Azole +conjugated estrogen+Lactobacillus，compare the time of symptom disappearance， inflammatory factor level， curative effect， adverse reaction and quality of life.
