[Abstract]ObjectiveThis study aimed to analyzethecorrelations and proportionalrelationships between maxillaryanteriorteth （MAT）and facialmeasurements in Han Chinese individuals with the mostatractivesmiles，as evaluatedbydental professionals.MethodsTendentists with morethan5yearsofclinicalexperiencefromdiffrentprofesionaldirectionsinatertiarystomatologicalhospitalwere selected toevaluate thesmileatractivenessofvolunteers byvisualanaloguescale（VAS）.Eighty-eight Hanvolunteers withthemostatractive smile were selected.TheperceivedwidthoftheMAT，the dimensions （heightand width）of the maxillarycentralicisors（MC），andthefcialdimensions（intercanthaldistane，interzygomaticistance，interalardistance，facialheightandlowerfacialheight）ofthevolunteersweremeasuredonthefrontalphotosofthesmile，digital oralmodel，and3Dfacemodel.Pearsoncorrelationanalysiswasperformedtoanalyzelinearcorelations，andregression analysiswascarriedouttoexplore theproportionalrelationships.Reliabilityanalysisusingtheintraclasscorelationcoefficient verified the stabilityof these proportional relationships.Inaddition，the corelations between MAT perceived widthand theproportionalrelationshipsof（MCI）heighttowidthratio，with facialdimensions wereexploredand heir reliabilitywasverified.ResultsInHanChineseindividualswiththemostattractivesmiles，asevaluatedbydentalprofessionals，thePearsoncorrelationcoeficientsamongMATperceivedwidthswere0.813，0.389，and0.560.Aproportion alrelationshipexistedbetweenthelateralincisorandcentralincisor，andtheratiowas0.729.Nosignificantcorrelations were foudbetweenMCIandtheinnercanthaldistance，zygomaticdistance，interalardistance，facialheight，orthelower one-third facial height except for a negative correlation （r=-0.357 ）betweenMCI heightand facial height inmales and a positive correlation （r=0.249 ）between MCI width and interalar width when genders were combined.Conclusion Correlations existamongMATperceived widths inHan Chineseindividuals withthemostatractivesmiles，as evaluated bydental professionals.Partialcorelationsareobserved between MCIheightand width and facialmeasurements.The perceived widthof thelateral incisorcanserveasareferenceindicator for predicting theperceived widthof thecentral incisor，providing areference for the aesthetic restoration ofMAT in the Han ethnicity population.
