Extraction Condition Optimization of Atractylodes lancea for Inhibiting Candida albicans

Abstract：AtractylodeslanceacontainsactivesubstancesinhibitingCandidaalbicans.Tooptimizetheextractionconditionsofuch substances，tsdexplodthetsofteolid-t-luidatoaooeationdsoebiioatete A = lanceaextract against C albicans.According to the results of single factor tests，the orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extractioncondiions，andtheoptimizedconditioswerethenvalidatedbyexperiments.Theresultsshowedtattheoptialetraction conditions for the antifungal substances ofA. lancea were as follows： a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1：15 ，an ethanol concentration of 95% and 3cycles.Under these conditions， the inhibition rate of the extract on C. albicanswas 98.63%
