Identification and Bioinformatics Analysis of NtJAR1 Family Genes in Nicotiana tabacum L.

Abstract:This study aims to reveal thephytohormone metabolismand stressresponse mechanisms of flue-cured tobacco. Bioinformatictools wereusedtoidentifythejasmonoyl-isoleucinesynthetase (JARl)genesfromthewholegenomedataofNicotiana tabacumL.Thephysicochemical propertiesofthededucedproteins,phylogeneticrelationship,conserveddomains,genetructures, corecis-actingelemntsinthpromoteregiondtransiptioalpaes werealyed.Atotalof1NAgeeseetie inthegenomeofN.tbacumL.andtephylogenetictreeshowedthatesegenes wereclasifiedintotwosubfamilies (and).The deducedproteishadthelengthsof360630aa,isoelectricpontsof5.566.93,andmolecularweightsof40.2-68.94KDa.They wereamphiphilicproteis withconsistentthemostabityExceptNtAR1-6,NAR1-3,NJAR1-9,andNAR1-12werelocatedin thenucleusotherproteisereintecoplasm.AlltheNJARlgneshadauiqueconseeddomainofteGH3fmily-5os, and2-5intros.TheNtJARlgenefamilymembersdemonstratedatissue-specificexpresionpateinN.tabacumL.Specificaly NtJAR1-5,NA-6,NA-8,NtJAR-10,NA-7ndNJAR-4wereighlyexpressedintheots,whileNA-d NJAR1-12wereghyepresedieave.NAgesespodedtoolds,ih-7-8,Nd NtJAR1-12 being up-regulated under cold stress.
