Field Assessment of Sclerotiniose Resistance of Oilseed Rape Varieties for Production in Hunan

Abstract：Fieldsessmentofsclerotinioseresistanceandyieldmeasurementwerecariedoutfor26ilseedapevarietisplantedn threeecologicalzonesinHunan.Tehigh-yieldingVarietieswithstrongsclerotiioseresistancewereselectedtoprovideasientific basisfortheselectionofvarietiesforproduction.Themeanvalueofeach indicatorofeachvarietyfromthresiteswasdetemined andanalyzedTheresultsshowedthatChunyun5hadmoderateresistance，and'Fangyou7'，Changxiangyou3'，Changxiagyou 919'，and Fengyou2019'hadlowresistance.Fengyou823，Xiangzayou512'Zhongyou815'，and'Zhongyouza38'hadmoderate sensitivityandtheother16varietieshadlowsnsitivityChangxiangyou919'Zhongyouza19'Fngyou777Changxiangyou 3'，Fengyou789'Changzayou9'Xiangzayou787，Duleyou7，Zhongyouza39'，nd'Dadi199'showedgoodresistance（low resistance or low sensitivity），with the yields increasing by 6.49%-22.88% comparedwiththat of'Fengyou737'，servingascandidate varietiesforproductioninHunan.TheigoleicacidvarietiesChunyun5'Cunyun6，Zongyou808，and'Zhongyou8'sowed moderateresistance，lowensitivity，lowsensitivity，andoderatesnsitivityrespectively，withthe yieldsdcreasingby 10.52% 9.40% 4.91% ，and 5.33% ，respectively，compared with that of the control.Theycan be planted in regions with good climatic conditions and geographicalisolation.Zhongyouza38Duleyou848'，andXiangzayou512'hadloyieldsduetothesusceptibilitytolodging， which resulted in high disease incidence and disease index，with the yieldsabout 8% lessthan that of'Fengyou 737'.Comparedwith the control，'Zhongshuang 18'，'Duleyou 8160'，and 'Zhongyouza 38'showed the yield reductions of 15.18% ， 8.42% ，and 7.74% ， respectively，and thus atention should be paid to the selection of the three Varieties in production.
