——基于26个省域高校的模糊集定性比较分析

Research on Influencing Factors and Pathways of Scientific and Technological Innovation Efficiency in Universities from Configurational Perspective : A fsQCA Based on 26 Provincial Universities
Abstract: Using 26 provincial universities as cases, this study employed the Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) method to explore the influence factors and configurational pathways of scientific and technological innovation eficiency in universities from a configurational perspective. The findings reveal that none of the individual factors,including R&D personnel investment,R&D funding investment,market allocation intensity,regional economic strength,and the development level of scientific research institutions,constitutes a necessary condition for enhancing the scientific and technological innovation efficiency in universities. Instead, three configurational pathways are identified:the " talent-capital-led" pathway,the " talent-market-research institution" multi-driver pathway,and the "market alocation-R&D institution" synergistic driver pathway. Universities should selectively adopt the configurational pathway that aligns with their own resource endowments and development needs.
