Research on the Impact Mechanism of Digital Transformation on the Operational Resilience of Tourism Enterprises

Abstract：Digital transformation is a key path to enhance the risk resistance and sustainable competitiveness of tourism enterprises. Based on crisis management and dynamic capability theory，a three-dimensional evaluation framework for resilience，recovery，and growth capabilities was constructed. Using regression analysis method and data from A-share tourism industry listed companies in China from 2007 to 2023，it was verified that digital transformation in significantly enhances operational resilience by strengthening enterprise resilience，environmental adaptability，and sustainable growth. The research conclusion provides theoretical support and practical suggestions for optimizing digital transformation strategies in both government and enterprise dimensions and responding to VUCA environments.
