Risks and Regulations of Personal Information Protection in the Perspective of Digital Prosecution

Abstract：Protecting personal information is a core issue in the construction of digital rule of law. Exploring the risks and regulatory paths of personal information protection from the perspective of digital prosecution can help promote the construction of digital rule of law and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens. The implementation of digital prosecutorial strategy helps the procuratorial organs supervise the collection， circulation， processing and other aspects of personal information，but there are also many information security risks. In view of this，a multi-level and three-dimensional personal information inspection and protection system should be constructed with digital inspection as the strategic pivot. In other words，it is necessary to standardize the collction and processing of personal information by procuratorial organs， improve the supervision mechanism and personal information sharing rules throughout the procuratorial organs，and clarify and refine the rules for the classification and protection of personal information.
