Intelligent Transformation and High-quality Development of Enterprises ： Mechanism Analysis Based on Organizational Resilience

Abstract：Realizing the integration of big data， internet，and artificial intelligence technology with the real economy is an important driving force to promote the high-quality development of enterprises in China. Based on data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2022，this study employed empirical methods such as fixed-efects models and the Heckman twostage method to explore how inteligent transformation influences and promotes high-quality development of enterprises. The research findings reveal that enterprises undergoing intelligent transformation can significantly promote high-quality development； In mechanism testing， organizational resilience plays a mediating role in the impact of intelligent transformation on the highquality development of enterprises; Heterogeneity analysis indicates that enterprises in manufacturing sector and mature stage benefit more significantly from inteligent transformation in terms of improving total factor productivity.The study provides micro-level evidence for evaluating the effects of intellgent transformation and provides references for achieving high-quality economic development.
