基于科技小院的新农科大学生培养模式探索与实践

摘  要：针对高等农业院校大学生培养问题，结合在河南禹州、杞县、新乡等地建立的科技小院，探讨科技小院大学生培养目标、培养计划、培养模式、培养特点，以及科技小院大学生培养取得的成效，为新农科大学生人才培养提供依据。

Abstract： In response to the issue of cultivating college students in higher agricultural universities， combined with the establishment of science and technology academies in Yuzhou， Qixian， Xinxiang and other places in Henan Province， this paper explores the training objectives， plans， models， characteristics， and achievements of college students in science and technology academies， providing a basis for talent cultivation of new agricultural college students.

2019年6月，百余位来自全国各地涉农高校书记校长和农林教育专家齐聚浙江安吉，会议发布了《安吉共识——中国新农科建设宣言》，开辟了中国高等农林教育新纪元[1]，随后相继发布了新农科建设“北大仓行动”[2]和“北京指南”[3]，农科建设从“试验田”走向“大田耕作”，对农林院校人才培养提出了新要求。（剩余5797字）
