修期管控措施在某型船首次二级修理的应用

摘    要：近年来，修造企业竞争日趋激烈，船东对修造周期与质量的要求持续提升。本文通过某型船首次二级修理实施案例，系统应用修期管控措施，成功实现修理任务提前完成并达成降本增效目标，为同类型船舶修理管理提供可操作性经验。

Application of Repair Period Control Measures in the First

Secondary Repair of a Certain Type of Ship

Abstract： In recent years， competition in the ship repair industry has intensified， with shipowners continuously raising their demands for repair cycle time and quality. This study systematically applied repair period control measures through the implementation case of the first secondary repair on a certain type of ship， successfully completing the repair task ahead of schedule and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals， thereby providing actionable experience for the management of similar ship type repairs.

随着我国修造船事业不断发展，船舶修理技术和管理水平不断提升，修造企业竞争力越来越大[1]，以往宽松式修船模式已无法满足新时代要求，通过推行修期管控，实现降本增效，以提升企业核心竞争力显得尤为重要。（剩余3916字）
