摘 要:甲醇双燃料系统在布置、系统配置、控制及安全等方面,与传统的船用燃油系统差异显著,本文基于36000t多用途船对其甲醇燃料系统燃料舱的布置、主机特性、甲醇供给系统中的低闪点燃料供给系统、燃料阀组单元、氮气吹扫系统等方面进行了综合分析,可为同类型系统设计提供参考。

Brief Analysis of Methanol Fuel System Design for
36 000 t Multipurpose Ship
Abstract: Aiming at the challenges of system design, layout, environmental protection, and control safety in adopting methanol as a marine fuel, this study investigates the main engine selection, equipment arrangement, system configuration, methanol tank layout, and safety control system for a 36 000 t multipurpose ship. The results demonstrate that through rational system design and calculation, the methanol gas supply system can be safely and efficiently applied on ships, providing critical insights for the development of similar vessels.

目前常用船用燃油较难满足SOX、NOX、CO2等环保排放要求,在众多的可替代燃料中,甲醇以其商业与技术上的优势正脱频而出,并随着甲醇产量的增加,日益受到各大航运公司的青睐。(剩余5580字)
