浅谈海工管线预制过程管理

摘    要：海工管线负责介质的输送，其预制质量和完整性直接影响项目的交付进度及系统质量可靠性。本文从管线生产准备、施工场地及人力需求、管线预制工作包的编制、管线施工及主要跟进表、管线的放行及涂装等方面，阐述了管线预制过程管理要点及注意事项。

Introduction of Offshore Pipeline Prefabrication Process Mangement

Abstract： Offshore pipelines play an important role in conveying media， and the prefabrication quality and integrity of their pipelines would directly affect the delivery progress of the entire project and the reliability of the system quality. The author elaborated the key points and precautions of pipeline production from the aspects of pipeline production preparation， construction site & manpower requirements， preparation of spool prefabrication work pack， pipeline fabrication and major track table，spool release and painting etc.

1     项目策划

1.1   工作量/材料

根据项目的交付进度/模块总体搭载进度节点，依据生产设计放样文件资料和工艺复杂难易度，预估模块总体管线进度、模块每层搭载前对管线的需求；根据总体管线物量表，测算管线的总工作量，包含总管线根数、各类材质管径、长度及根数；根据料单批次，提出管线、管附件等的来料需求信息，确保材料及时到货过检具备领用条件。（剩余3832字）
