摘 要:针对某型船调距桨偶发螺距失控故障案例,基于调距桨电气控制、液压系统工作原理,采用故障树的分析方法,列举可能存在的故障原因序列,逐一排查分析,确定真实原因。

Analysis on Causes During Incidental Pitch Uncontrol Malfuction for Marine Controllable Pitch Propller (CPP)

Abstract: By taking the incidental pitch uncontrol malfunction fault of marine CPP as an example and according to the working principle of the electric control and hydraulic system of the controllable pitch propeller, the fault tree analysis method is adopted to list up the potential causes sequence of probably-existed CPP malfunction faults, and inspect & analyze one by one to determine the actual reasons.
