摘    要:本文介绍沉管隧道管节端钢壳的结构特点,阐述了端钢壳设计与建造精度控制的方法。分析分段划分、组件划分、预埋件分布、合拢方案、焊缝布设、探伤要求等对端钢壳制作质量的影响,研究对应的解决方案。

Research on Design and Construction of Steel Shell at the End of Immersed Tube Tunnel

Abstract: This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the end steel shell of immersed tube tunnel, and expounds the design and construction control method of the end steel shell precision control. This paper analyzes and summarizes the influences of segment division, component division, embedded parts distribution, closure scheme, weld layout and flaw detection requirements on the manufacturing quality of end steel shell, and studies the corresponding solutions.

沉管隧道管节端钢壳作为管节柔性接头的关键构件,设置在沉管管节的两端,是为安装GINA和OMEGA止水带而设置的钢构件,是重要的管节永久性构件。(剩余5162字)
