某极地科考船的管路防寒设计

摘    要：本文基于自主研发的某极地科考船管路系统的防寒设计，简要介绍常用管路防寒设计的基本要求、耐低温管子、阀件材质的选用方法，以及本船主要管路系統的防寒设计经验。

Winter Protection Design of Pipe Systems for Polar Scientific Research Vessel

Abstract： According to the winter protection design experience of pipe systems on the polar research ship independently developed by GSI， this article reviews the basic requirements of the winter protection design of pipe system， the selection of low-temperature cold-resistant pipe materials and the selection of low-temperature resistant valves， etc. At the same time， it summarizes the winter protection design experience of the key pipe system on board. The summary of the relevant experience can provide reference for the design of the new polar vessels in the future.

本船为深远海多功能科学考察船，要求具备无限水域航行、载人深潜、深海探测、综合作业等功能，具有在夏季前往南北极海域进行海洋环境调查、深潜科学考察研究等能力，为此本船的部分管系需要考虑防寒设计。（剩余3708字）
