摘 要:船舶工程是一个多学科、多部件集成的复杂系统,在设计建造过程中出现的质量问题,需要开展技术和管理双归零工作。本文结合产品级、系统级、设备级等几个不同层次的技术归零案例,分析了船舶质量事故发生后的常见技术归零流程,给船舶科研技术人员提供一些借鉴和启示。

Abstract: Ship engineering is a multi-disciplinary and multi-component complex system. Both administrative and technical zeroing work should be done when quality problems occur during design and construction. Based on different levels of ships, systems and equipments quality problems, some technical zeroing methods are introduced as for the happening of marine quality problems, and provide some reference and experience for marine technical personnel.
