某执法船高速柴油机轴瓦损伤故障分析

摘    要：本文主要介绍了某执法船高速柴油机在航行试验时，由于主轴瓦异常磨损导致主机停机。针对该故障现象进行了各种排查，并在排查的基础上对可能引起故障的各种原因进行分析，在分析的基础上进行整改并解决了问题。

Failure Analysis of Bearing Bush Damage of High Speed

Diesel Engine of a Law Enforcement Vessel

Abstract： This paper mainly introduces the failure phenomenon of main engine shutdown caused by abnormal wear of main bearing bush of a certain type of marine high-speed diesel engine during navigation test. Various troubleshootings are carried out for this fault phenomenon， and on the basis of investigation， various possible causes for the fault are analyzed to provide a set of analysis methods. On the basis of analysis， rectification is carried out and problems are solved.
